Job Description

Job Description Job Summary:
The Healthcare Recruiter will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle, supporting Human Resources (HR) programs and compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Ensure completion of all pre and post employment requirements, such as employment paperwork, medical clearance, and employee ID badges.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to compile talent requirements and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for positions such as registered nurse case managers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists.
  • Partner with management to develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor recruiting activity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including direct placement agencies and other recruitment partners.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies by administering HR programs and maintaining up-to-date documentation of employee data.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, labor regulations, and best practices to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
  • Perform other related tasks and assigned duties.
