• Adecco is assisting our client, Bloom Energy, in seeking a Sr Recruiter for Headquarters in Manufacturing.

This is a fully onsite role, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Compensation is $80 to $95 an hour depending on expereince.

• Overview:

• Bloom Energy is seeking a senior-level Manufacturing Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across manufacturing, engineering, automation, production leadership, and maintenance-related roles. This is a hands-on, onsite contract role supporting high-volume and critical manufacturing hiring.

• Key Focus Areas:

• + Manufacturing Engineering & Automation + Manufacturing Production Leadership + Production & Maintenance Support + Manufacturing Managers & Supervisors

• Requirements:

• + 8-10 years of recruiting experience with strong manufacturing/industrial focus +
• Recent manufacturing recruiting experience (within last 3-4 years) required
• + Proven success hiring high-volume manufacturing and operations talent + Workday ATS experience strongly preferred + BA/BS degree required

• Notes:

• + Hourly contractor role (weekly timecard required) + OT and travel require written approval + Assignment capped at 18 months

• Pay Details:

• $80.
