Santa Clara, CA Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $100,000 a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description A global technology organization with growing U.S. operations and international offices. Lead full-cycle recruiting while supporting employee training, development, onboarding, offboarding, immigration coordination, and broader people operations across U.S. and overseas offices. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers. Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and job requirements. Manage candidate pipelines, agencies, referrals, and recruiting metrics. Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements. Manage new-hire onboarding and orientation. Develop and coordinate employee training and compliance programs. Administer professional development and certification programs. Manage employee offboarding and separation processes. Coordinate immigration documentation and international employee assignments. Partner with Payroll, IT, managers, and global HR teams. Maintain compliant recruiting, training, and employee records.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of recruiting/talent acquisition and/or training and development experience. Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, employment practices, and employee lifecycle processes. Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and confidentiality skills.
Preferred:
PHR, SHRM-CP, or ATD certification. Experience supporting global or international HR operations. Other Details May coordinate workflow of HR support staff. Occasional travel and weekend work may be required. Frequent collaboration across global time zones.
