Schedule and coordinate interviews, including in-person interviews when required.
Post new job openings and refresh postings regularly; sponsor job postings as directed.
Support sourcing efforts through job boards, referrals, and outreach.
Manage onboarding tasks including sending documents, reviewing forms, and assisting candidates.
Complete I-9 verification, E-Verify submissions, and follow-up on discrepancies.
Process new hires with accuracy and timeliness.
Distribute onboarding materials and review expectations with new hires.
Conduct early new-hire check-ins to support engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide recruiting or administrative coverage during absences as needed. experience 1-4 years skills Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred not required. qualifications 1-4 years recruiting experience.
