As a ReadyWork Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and staffing candidates by utilizing a wide range of recruiting sources to draw the best candidates for our clients within a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and techniques
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Conduct reference checks, drug screening, and background investigations if needed
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and google sheets to manage candidate information and progress
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
• Attend job fairs and client tours when needed.
• Meet weekly KPI metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have the want to learn and grow with company.
• Must have the ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 1 year staffing industry experience as a recruiter or staffing specialist.
