Franchise recruiters are responsible to assist applicants who are interested in becoming a franchisee for our AFC Fruit Business locations. Franchise recruiters should enjoy working with individuals to help determine which locations would be a good fit for the applicants. Key Responsibilities & Duties Franchise recruiters are the first point of contact for potential AFC Franchise owners and should be ready to provide them with assistance via telephone, email and occasionally in-person. Must be able to negotiate and 'close the deal' with potential franchisees. Must have interest in learning individuals' background and skillsets. Capable of coordinating tasks efficiently and ensuring timely completion. Assess store's business. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High School graduate or equivalent, AA/Bachelor's a plus Must be a team player. Must have good customer service skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented. Must be able to make good judgement to determine which location would be a good fit for the applicant. Able to solve unexpected situations and challenges. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and database software) Good organizational skills Excellent inter-personal communications skills Bilingual (Asian language) a plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged period sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM) 40 per week
