What You'll Be Responsible ForRecruiting CoordinationSchedule interviews and coordinate candidate communicationsManage applicant tracking system activity and candidate recordsPost job openings across multiple recruiting platformsConduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviewsCoordinate background checks and pre-employment requirementsAssist hiring managers throughout the recruiting processOnboarding & HR SupportPrepare onboarding documentation and new hire packetsCoordinate orientation schedules and employee introductionsMaintain employee files and recruiting documentationAssist with employment verifications and HR administration
