Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in the Anaheim/Fullerton area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of recruiting experience and a strong ability to identify, attract, and onboard qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to onboarding

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
