$20 - $25/hr Must be bilingual Must have reliable transportation Available to start asap Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting, talent management, and HR sourcing will drive our organization's growth and success. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and relationship management to attract diverse candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate candidate sourcing efforts to ensure a strong talent pool. Negotiate offers with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide training & development guidance, and support employee orientation and evaluation processes. Manage external recruiting channels and participate in campus recruitment events to build a robust talent pipeline for future growth. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills in both English and another language. Familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar HR systems. Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research methods, and lead generation. Understanding of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment efforts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with ATS platforms like UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing is highly preferred. Demonstrated relationship management skills to build partnerships with internal teams and external candidates.
