Talent Acquisition Specialist I Broomfield, CO 12-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension) $35.60/hour (W2) + Benefits About the Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent while delivering an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent. Responsibilities Provide a seamless hiring experience by managing candidate sourcing, pre-screening, offer creation, and salary negotiation. Develop and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top talent for strategic positions. Build and strengthen the employer brand through networking, social media, community engagement, and school outreach. Track and maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire to improve hiring efficiency and overall recruitment performance. Communicate and interpret company hiring policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations. Ensure compliance with established hiring processes and procedures. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Build and maintain positive working relationships with hiring managers, business partners, and team members. Perform additional recruiting-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Higher-level degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) may substitute for two years of experience. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Strong business acumen and sound decision-making skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established hiring processes. Willingness to travel locally. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of recruiting experience supporting exempt and non-exempt manufacturing positions, including roles such as Technicians, Machinists, Production Planners, and Manufacturing Engineers. Recruiting experience within the aerospace or defense industry. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience supporting emerging talent hiring and campus/community outreach. #
WCL Pay:
$35.60 per hour
