For example:
A client is building a large-scale data center or solar project and needs specialist engineers or project professionals. Your role is to identify the right people, manage the hiring process, and help get the deal over the line. When you successfully place someone, you generate revenue and earn commission. On the contract side, you can also earn recurring commission while that person remains on project.What You'll Be Doing:
This is a 360, client-facing sales role , where you will: Build relationships with clients and win new business Source and engage candidates within your market Manage interviews, offers, and negotiations Close deals and generate revenue Develop your own market, client base, and network Why These Markets?
