Job Description
Join Our Team! We're looking for a driven and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent. This role is responsible for recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding temporary employees for construction, hospitality, and other skilled trade positions. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, filling hard-to-fill positions, and creating talent pipelines to support ongoing staffing needs. What You'll Do Recruit for multiple skilled trades and industrial openings simultaneously. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Screen applicants and coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork. Partner closely with Branch Managers and Sales Team to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. Address recruiting challenges and implement creative sourcing solutions. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in company systems. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred. Experience recruiting for blue-collar, hospitality, construction, or skilled trades positions strongly preferred. Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Experience using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting platforms. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required due to the nature of our workforce and applicant population. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
