Job Description
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join a long-term contract opportunity based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This position plays a key role in strengthening recruiting operations by improving onboarding workflows, supporting global talent programs, and helping teams use recruiting systems more effectively. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project coordination, process improvement, and recruiting operations experience, along with the ability to partner across regions and keep complex initiatives moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate global pre-boarding and onboarding practices by partnering with regional stakeholders, reviewing current workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate the execution of talent acquisition programs such as employee referral initiatives, graduate hiring efforts, and recruitment marketing activities across multiple regions.
- Oversee recruiting operations tasks including updates to offer documentation, intake management for system-related requests, and follow-through on enhancements, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Lead project meetings, maintain timelines, document milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on track.
- Work closely with recruiting, HR, and systems partners to standardize processes, improve workflow design, and support organizational changes affecting talent acquisition operations.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and next steps across concurrent projects while helping teams align on priorities and implementation plans.
- Support readiness activities for future recruiting system initiatives and contribute to process mapping and change management efforts tied to operational improvements.
