Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. Hiring Outside Sales representatives will be the main focus. The candidate will execute and support recruiting responsibilities, such as sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring. The Recruiter is an A+ player looking to grow the company and hire the right fit for the entry level sales position.

Roles and responsibilities:

Recruiting for our Sales Appointment Setter (Outside Sales) role Recruiting for additional roles as the company sees fit Sourcing leads through job postings, career fairs, and other active recruiting sources Hiring the right candidates for the role Background and reference checks completed on candidates Onboarding complete for this position Occasional travel to career fairs and college partnerships Working closely with the hiring managers of this role to ensure the best talent is moving forward to interviews Reports to HR Manager Travel to Laramie, WY for our partnership a few times each semester. Some will be day trips, other overnight stays. Career fairs will be a large piece of this position Creatively recruiting from careers we have had success hiring from. We are wanting this position to take initiative and be creative in pipeline strategy.

Requirements:

1-2 years of recruiting experience

ATS Experience Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST May have longer hours on career fair/travel days In office

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
