3 month contract with potential to extend or convert Position Summary We are seeking a high-volume, dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Greenwood Village, CO. This role is responsible for partnering directly with assigned hiring managers to define staffing needs, build robust candidate pipelines, and manage full-lifecycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service and account management capabilities, high-volume recruiting expertise, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies across multiple regional sites.Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent combination of education and 4 years of relevant recruiting/HR experience).Experience:
Minimum of 1+ year of high-volume recruiting or human resources experience.salary:

BachelorsResponsibilities Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze attrition rates, business growth plans, and staffing requirements to forecast talent needs.Talent Sourcing & Strategy:
Formulate and execute recruitment strategies to keep vacancy rates low and ensure critical programs are fully staffed.Candidate Assessment:
Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates utilizing behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials verification.Offer & Compensation Management:
Draft and extend competitive job offers, sign-on bonuses, and relocation incentives while effectively managing counter-offers.Applicant Tracking & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records of all candidate progress within the ATS.Consultative Guidance:
Serve as a subject matter expert on organizational benefits, incentive structures, and HR policies to answer candidate inquiries effectively.Regional Site Engagement:
Conduct weekly site visits across local facility networks (Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter) to build relationships with on-site leaders and understand operational staffing dynamics.
