You will:

Source and recruit candidates through social media, online platforms, community networking, schools, and local partnerships. Create compelling job advertisements that attract both active and passive talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit for client opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through onboarding. Conduct pre-employment activities including I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screening. Collaborate with branch teams to achieve staffing goals and deliver exceptional client service.
