Job Description

Pueblo, CO On-Site Contract $25 - $30 / hour Our client is a global leader in the steel and mining industry, specializing in infrastructure steel products. Headquartered in Pueblo, Colorado, they deliver top-notch products and services, boast superior production efficiency, and foster a workplace dedicated to employee development. We are currently seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to contribute to the daily operations of the Pueblo steel mill. The position initially involves a 3 -month contract with the potential for permanent placement. If you are a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR Coordinator, we want to see your resume!

HR What You Will Be Responsible For:
Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to identify and fill recruitment needs effectively. Manage full-cycle recruitment logistics, from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to onboarding and orientation. Oversee HR administration, including record-keeping, time tracking, and compliance tasks. Assist with managing uniform and supply needs for new hires.
What You Bring To The Table:
2-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally with an industrial or manufacturing background (not required but preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
