Experience & Education:
Associate or Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 0-4 years of experience in a support/admin role (HR experience is a plus but not required- we value potential)

Experience in Talent Acquisition or onboarding Experience utilizing HireRight & Greenhouse Onboarding Experience handling employee data, managing compliance audits, or implementing onboarding best practices Experience working with hourly unskilled and skilled-trades workers Knowledge of benefits administration, compliance frameworks, orATS/HRIS
