Job Description
Description Our client is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join their dynamic human resources team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's future growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles across the organization + Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs + Create and post job ads, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to reach qualified candidates + Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience + Track metrics and report on recruiting activities to inform HR strategy + Maintain compliance with all applicable employment regulations and company policiesQualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) + 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting + Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills + Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools Requirements- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Strong ability to source candidates using various tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Excellent interview skills, with a focus on structured and behavioral approaches.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
