This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in recruiting, sales, business development, talent acquisition, or healthcare. No recruiting experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, competitive, driven, and eager to learn. Successful team members often come from backgrounds in athletics, sales, business, communications, leadership organizations, and healthcare-related fields. What You'll Do Identify and engage healthcare professionals nationwide Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and recruiting platforms Build candidate pipelines for active searches Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, sales, relationship building, and business development Evaluate candidate qualifications and career goals Partner with recruiters throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate records and communications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required or expected soon Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Interest in recruiting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable speaking with people by phone Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer $45,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses Target first-year earnings of $55,000-$70,000+ Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match 4+ weeks of paid time off 10+ paid holidays annually Early Friday departures and Fridays off when team goals are achieved Ongoing training and mentorship Clear path to advancement into a Recruiter role with significantly higher earning potential Fun, collaborative, and team-oriented culture Work Environment This is a fully onsite position based in our Milford, CT office.
