Job Description

Robert Half's client in Milford MA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to find and hire talent for their growing team!

Responsibilities include

Find and attract candidates for open roles
Screen resumes
Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and team goals
Conduct/schedule interviews
Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to job offer
Build a pipeline of qualified passive candidates for future hiring needs
Experience within the life sciences field is a huge plus!

~ 1 month (could extend much beyond that)

M-F | 8am-5pm
