In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting client staffing needs, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, contribute to workforce growth, and play a key role in the success of our recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, reference checks, background checks, and E-Verify processing. Administer drug tests as part of the pre-employment screening process. Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while managing candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Avionté). Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, career fairs, community networking events, and other recruiting resources. Ensure recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and performance metrics meet client expectations and company standards. Support staffing initiatives across multiple geographic locations and client accounts. Process contractor timecards accurately and on schedule while collaborating with payroll to resolve discrepancies. Report workplace injuries promptly and assist the Workers' Compensation team throughout the investigation process. Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process. Contribute to the success of team initiatives and organizational growth. Work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve recruitment goals. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred. Experience in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring environments. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Avionté. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working onsite at a client location is a plus. Ability to travel as needed, with or without advance notice.
