We are currently seeking a Recruitment and Retention Specialist who implements strategies and programs that attract, hire, engage, and retain a high-quality and compassionate workforce. This role partners with staff and management across the organization to improve the candidate and employee experience, strengthen onboarding integration with retention focused practices, and ensure recruiting processes are efficient, effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals and meet internal KPIs.UCFS Hours of Operation:
Open 8:00am- 7:00pm;
Hours Vary By Day & Location Expected Schedule:
FT, 40 hours/week; Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Essential Responsibilities- Implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals, staffing plans, and workforce needs.
