Onboarding Intern

People and Culture- Onboarding Intern Hybrid Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Wilmington, Delaware CSC is seeking a self-motivated, inquisitive, and adventurous college student (rising Junior or Senior) to join our Mobility, Immigration, and Onboarding team within our People and Culture department in our Wilmington, DE office. This position is an opportunity to learn and assist with global onboarding and other ad hoc projects. Responsibilities include extending offers, creating employment contracts, reviewing background checks, completing mandated right to work checks for new CSC joiners. There will also be an opportunity to partner and learn from other People and Culture teams throughout your time with CSC. Some of the things you'll learn from us: How to onboarding in 36 countries while remaining compliant with all local employment law, specializing in hiring within the Americas. Learn full-life cycle onboarding, including drafting employment contracts, running and reviewing background checks, and completing right to work documentation in a compliant manner. How to prepare employment contracts and offer letters and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience You'll have the opportunity to learn from other People and Culture teams as well - just speak up about what interests you, and we'll make time for you to learn and grow What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
