Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider. If so, our client is hiring a Recruiter.
Position Type:
Contract Hybrid - Onsite in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. 
Remote:
Tuesdays and Fridays. Must reside in the Central Florida area and be able to commute to Altamonte Springs for in-office days.
Required:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (e.g., Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience).
Experience:
Experienced with recent recruitment-related experience. Minimum of at least 2 years of recent recruitment experience. 1 year of recruitment or human resources experience is required. Healthcare experience is preferred Prefer a corporate recruiter Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
Talent Acquisition:
Certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACR.
Human Resources:
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Responsibilities:
Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to assigned hiring managers, developing staffing plans and candidate pipelines that support our organization's mission. Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from formulating acquisition strategies and screening top talent to extending offers and overseeing the onboarding process.
Strategic Staffing:
Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs by reviewing attrition rates, business growth plans, and upcoming retirements.
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to keep vacancies at facility-specified levels and ensure new or expanding programs are fully staffed by their opening dates.
Candidate Assessment:
Screen and interview candidates using behavioural techniques, resume reviews, and credential assessments to ensure they meet required knowledge, skills, and competencies.
Offer Management:
Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and seasonal incentives, while effectively managing counteroffers.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of corporate benefits, incentives, and facility policies to accurately address applicant inquiries.
Onboarding & Tracking:
Oversee the onboarding process and maintain timely, accurate documentation of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system. Get in
