We are seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Boca Raton, FL. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions, including sales, retail, corporate, operations, customer service, and leadership positions. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent partner who can build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop effective recruiting strategies, and identify top talent in a competitive market. This individual should be highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is an in-office role in our Boca Raton office. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across a variety of departments and levels. Source passive and active candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. Manage offer preparation, presentation, and negotiations in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership. Track recruiting metrics and provide insights on hiring activity, candidate flow, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness. Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring practices. Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, career fairs, and talent attraction campaigns. Assist with process improvements and recruiting best practices to enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environment. Proven success recruiting for a variety of positions, including sales, corporate, operational, and customer-facing roles. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on recruiting strategies and talent market conditions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Breezy HR, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools. Working knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices. Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Monday.com. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make informed recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting hiring in a multi-location or rapidly growing organization. Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions. Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Experience with workforce planning and succession pipeline development.
