About the position:

Florida Financial & Insurance Agency Inc ( FFIA), proud partner of National Life Group is seeking a dynamic & experienced Digital Recruiter to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other recruiting platforms Manage job postings and recruitment advertisements Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Track and manage recruiting activity and candidate progress Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Provide a positive and professional candidate experience Stay current on recruiting trends and digital sourcing strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience with digital recruiting, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other sourcing platforms Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS and CRM software preferred Motivated by performance-based commission opportunities and able to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$60,000 base salary + commission Full-time, W-2 employment In-office position in Mizner Park, Boca Raton Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Life insurance Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment
