Our job is to make sure that it never changes. We are seeking a driven, high-energy Recruiter to support rapid growth in our roofing sales organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, partnering, and hiring both 1099 independent sales representatives and W2 retail sales professionals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruiting, thrives on hitting hiring targets, and is skilled in using modern recruiting tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse. Role Description and Expectations Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roofing sales roles (1099 and W2) Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.) Proactively source candidates using databases, social media, and networking Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit, experience, and performance potential Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support the offer process Maintain and update candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Track recruiting metrics and ensure hiring goals and timelines are met Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate and hiring team experience throughout the recruitment process Travel across your region of responsibility for sourcing and recruiting strategy alignment and prospect events Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring environments Experience recruiting for commission-based and/or 1099 roles is highly preferred Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse (or similar ATS) Strong knowledge of job boards and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment Experience in the roofing, construction, or home services industry Familiarity with high-volume sales recruiting strategies Experience building scalable recruiting processes Show more Show less
