Pay Range:
$65K - $75K Annually Purpose Of The Job As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping how talent experiences Catch from first conversation through day one and beyond. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and deeply embedded in our culture. You won't manage a team, but you will own your work, influence outcomes, and partner closely with hiring leaders across the business. You will own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across all lines of business, from job intake through offer acceptance and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers, conduct intake calls to understand role needs and deliver strong, aligned talent to the organization Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and practices to help build a best-in-class recruiting process Manage high-volume recruiting cycles during peak hiring seasons, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring licensed insurance agents, while maintaining quality, candidate experience, and clear communication throughout Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Create a positive, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Catch's values at every stage of the hiring process Conduct weekly recruiting calls with the managers to update and eliminate internal bottle necks. Track recruiting metrics and use insights to improve speed, quality, and overall experience Keep hiring processes moving with urgency, clarity, and strong follow-through Act as a culture ambassador by reinforcing Catch values in every interaction with candidates and internal partners Help identify and solve recruiting challenges as Catch grows and evolves May lead or assist with onsite or virtual job fairs or Department of War Skillbridge programs Benefits Paid Holidays (6) Paid Time Off Medical Insurance, National Plan Options Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Voluntary Life and AD&D Plans including Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Employee Assistance Program 401(k) with portion of Co Match Bereavement leave & Jury Duty pay Requirements Minimum of four (4) years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (corporate or agency). Larger Company experience 3,000 + employees a plus. Experience managing multiple requisitions and partnering directly with hiring managers Strong communication skills warm, clear, and confident Greatly organized, continuous-improvement mindset with strong interest in building scalable, efficient processes A bias for action, ownership, and problem-solving Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment High integrity and a team-first mentality Experience recruiting sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles is a plus Demonstrated adaptability and comfort with change, including implementing new technologies, tools, and reporting methodologies.
