- Position Summary
- The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for full life‑cycle recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional, and clinical positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates while supporting overall staffing needs across assigned departments.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions and departments + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring strategies + Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates + Coordinate and manage candidate selection and offer processes + Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience + Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support quality staffing outcomes •
Education & Experience:
- + Bachelor's degree and
- 2 years
- of professional recruiting experience
- OR•+ Proven success as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate with readiness to perform full‑cycle recruiting •OR•+ High School Diploma / GED and •8 years•of recruiting experience •
Certification Requirement:
- + Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification required
