Job Description

Lincare is the nation's leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment, and clinical respiratory services. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our hybrid team at Corporate Headquarters.

Help us continue to transform the way respiratory care is delivered to patients. The Talent Acquisition Associate administers policies relating to pre-hiring and post-hiring activity. Review and input information into pre-employment systems (ADP Recruiting Management, E-screen, ADP Vantage) to assist in onboarding external candidates and processing internal transfers Review and organize both electronic and paper pre-employment files Aid in onboarding of new hires/transfers to include: System administration and interactions with candidates via email and phone Support with creating and extending offer letters to internal and external candidates Respond to inquiries from managers regarding status of candidates Process background checks by role and location, including coordinating pre-employment drug screenings, physicals, fingerprinting, and/or additional state required screenings
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent observation and perception Strong understanding of employment laws Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Ability to maintain confidentiality Professional demeanor
Education and Experience:
Must have at least 2 years of previous employment Human Resources with emphasis in recruiting or onboarding is a plus Bachelor's Degree in business-related field, preferred High School Diploma or GED, required
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
