We're expanding our recruiting team and looking for motivated, self-driven Recruiters who know how to find people and build candidate pipelines. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, social media, or candidate sourcing — but prior recruiting experience is not required. 🔎

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Independent Recruiter, you'll be responsible for building your own candidate pipeline and bringing qualified applicants into our hiring process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing your own recruiting accounts
• Posting open positions across appropriate job platforms
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, community groups, referrals, and other legitimate channels
• Responding to applicants and explaining available opportunities
• Conducting initial candidate screening
• Following up with potential candidates
• Maintaining an organized candidate pipeline
• Submitting qualified candidates to our internal recruiting team
• Continuously testing new sourcing strategies to increase candidate volume and quality 💼
