Job Description
Field Recruiter - Landscape & Turf Crews (Florida) Bushwood is hiring a boots-on-the-ground recruiter to build our workforce pipeline across Florida's landscape and turf crews. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the community, building real relationships, and bringing in quality, E-Verify eligible talent to keep our crews staffed and strong. What you'll do Travel across Florida to source and recruit landscape and turf labor directly from the communities where they live and work Build trust and long-term relationships within Spanish-speaking communities as a primary talent pipeline Represent Bushwood in person at community events, job fairs, churches, soccer leagues, local businesses, wherever good workers are found Screen and vet candidates to confirm E-Verify eligibility and job fit Coordinate with crew leads and operations to understand staffing needs by region and season Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified, work-ready candidates ahead of demand Travel to all communities across Florida, when you aren't you will work in office doign admin/onboarding duties What you bring Fluent Spanish speaker, comfortable being the face of the company in the field Strong relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and shows up consistently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Florida Understanding of E-Verify requirements and comfort ensuring compliant hiring Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working outside a traditional office Why it matters Bushwood's crews are only as strong as the people on them. This role is the front line of that, finding the right people, in the right communities, the right way.
