Recruiter (English/ Spanish)

We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter Coordinator to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them on client assignments. The role also includes coordinating daily scheduling, maintaining client relationships, and supporting operational needs at our onsite and branch locations.

Recruitment & Placement:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement positions Manage online job postings and recruitment advertising Conduct new hire orientations, background checks, and on-boarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system

Client Coordination:

Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate employee schedules and assignments according to client needs Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly

Administrative & Compliance:

Ensure all employee files meet compliance standards (E-Verify, I-9, W-4, etc.) Assist with timekeeping, payroll preparation, and attendance tracking Track and report recruitment metrics and placement goals

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and staffing software Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must have reliable transportation for occasional onsite visits

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
