About the Position Altamar Physician & Advanced Practice Services is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for physicians and advanced practitioners, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and onboarding. This is an entry-level opportunity open to fresh graduates with sales experience . Healthcare or Locum Tenens recruiting experience is preferred but not required. About Us We support a specialized Locum Tenens staffing organization focused on placing highly skilled physicians and advanced practitioners in critical hospital areas, including Operating Rooms and Surgical Suites. Our team connects healthcare facilities with qualified clinicians while providing a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

What You'll Do:

Source and engage qualified physicians and advanced practitioners. Conduct interviews and assess candidates for open opportunities. Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process. Manage the sales cycle from start to finish. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships. Coordinate onboarding, start dates, and pre-onboarding requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. Support recruiting and sales strategies to improve order fill rates. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency. Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations. What You'll Bring Fresh graduates with sales experience are welcome to apply. Healthcare or Locum Tenens recruiting experience is a plus. Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated approach. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfortable using software, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.

This is a strictly onsite position in Davie, Florida , including onsite training . Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite and attend an onsite interview. Candidates located in Davie or within approximately a 20-mile radius are encouraged to apply.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
