If you think you fit the bill, and you're curious to hear more, we'd love to see your application! We are looking for a results-driven Talent Recruiter to join our Human Resources team! Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and screening potential candidates for all NEXA positions, the Talent Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify department needs, potential positions, and ideal candidates. By collecting and analyzing current job market data on current fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, similar positions, and market demand, you will advise our teams on the best plan of action. Attending job fairs, college campus events, and other networking opportunities, you will promote NEXA careers and opportunities year-round. The Talent Recruiter is also responsible for working with department leaders to plan, coordinate, and deliver all internal training programs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to field new position requests Create job postings and manage across all internal systems Manage interview documentation Manage and oversee interview process from candidate sourcing to candidate interviews Identify and recruit top talent for specialized roles Partner with Marketing on posting schedule, job ads, and promoting NEXA's brand and values to attract top talent Attend hiring and networking events Plan, coordinate, and deliver all internal training programs Align internal training initiatives with company goals and talent development Employees will be required to adhere to NEXA's information security policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus 2 years of experience high level recruitment and hiring 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources 2+ years of experience as an administrator in an HRIS Understanding of employment laws and guidelines Understanding of all fair practices including but not limited to
EEO, ADA
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interviewing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exemplary attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
