Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Staffing Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our Jacksonville team. A talented individual with a strong background in Recruiting and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates in both English and Spanish Utilize creative sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms to attract top-tier talent Maintain compliance with all employment laws, company procedures, and client requirements Conduct interviews (in-person, phone, virtual), administer assessments, and vet candidate qualifications Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume positions Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver timely results Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment performance reports Represent agency at job fairs and community events to promote brand visibility

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Required Minimum 1+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment - Required Strong knowledge of ATS tools and sourcing platforms Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Familiarity with compliance and onboarding best practices Self-starter with a sense of urgency and accountability Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred:
