Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and/or experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring skilled trades talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to build relationships with candidates. Duties Collaborate with office managers/customers to identify staffing needs Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and recruiting platforms Vet candidates and submit them to job positions in our company Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through onboarding Build relationships with potential candidates through cold calling and networking Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws throughout the recruitment process Participate in employee orientation and training & development initiatives for new hires Support internal recruiting efforts by engaging with current employees for referrals Participate in weekly recruiter meetings throughout the week to further assess customer needs Assist in cleaning the office space and maintaining an organized office space Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
