Recruiter

Job Summary/Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with a rapidly growing electrical and construction-focused organization to identify a driven and adaptable Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple markets throughout the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys relationship building, and can balance high-volume recruiting with strong administrative execution.

Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer negotiation Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records Support hiring efforts for temporary, contract, and permanent positions Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume recruiting needs Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Conduct internet recruiting and leverage job boards, social media, and networking strategies to source talent Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting initiatives Maintain relationships with staffing partners and external recruiting resources Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies

Qualifications/Background Profile :

Background recruiting for electrical or construction-focused organizations Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with ADP or similar HR/recruiting software Bilingual Spanish-speaking abilities are highly desired - This job is In-Person.
