Full-Time Position Summary Century Ambulance is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for our EMS and healthcare operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with Operations and Human Resources to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth by identifying qualified candidates, strengthening community partnerships, promoting Century Ambulance as an employer of choice, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment for EMS and healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, employee referrals, community outreach, and direct sourcing initiatives. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to manage candidate workflows and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring process. Promote Century Ambulance's mission, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. Facilitate candidate pre-screening, interview coordination, offer presentation, and onboarding transition activities. Community Outreach & Pipeline Development Establish and maintain partnerships with EMS schools, healthcare training programs, colleges, universities, and community organizations. Represent Century Ambulance at career fairs, recruitment events, EMS conferences, and industry networking opportunities. Develop long-term talent pipelines for EMTs, paramedics, dispatch personnel, mechanics, administrative staff, and other critical positions. Collaboration & Retention Support Work closely with Operations and Human Resources to support workforce planning and retention initiatives. Promote and manage employee referral programs to increase candidate sourcing through internal networks. Serve as a liaison between recruitment and operational teams to ensure hiring goals are achieved. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within ATS systems. Track recruiting metrics and provide reports to leadership to support hiring effectiveness and workforce planning. Additional Duties Travel periodically to recruiting events, educational institutions, and operational locations as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or healthcare recruiting. Experience working in Emergency Medical Services preferred. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing experience utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications EMS, healthcare, hospital, clinic, long-term care, or related healthcare recruiting experience. Experience recruiting EMTs, paramedics, nurses, dispatch personnel, or other healthcare professionals. Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements. Experience with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, UKG, or similar systems. Active LinkedIn recruiting experience and strong social media sourcing capabilities. Knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce analytics, and reporting tools. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and operational leadership. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment. Passion for recruiting and building high-performing teams.
