Position Summary:
The Technical Recruiter is accountable for achieving candidate placement targets in the technology industry, as determined by the company, through activities necessary for high achievement in recruiting, and placing individuals in contract and direct hire positions as well as courses leading to technical certifications. Duties include screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, making job offers. This is a 1099 Contract opportunity requiring 40 hours per week.
Position Duties:
Recruit, screen, interview and assess candidates. Attain weekly recruitment activity metrics as defined by the manager. Perform scheduled follow-up and document in company system. Maintain and document candidate communication. Assess company and technology position requirements and appropriately match candidates to meet company needs and expectations. Proactively stay up to date on emerging technologies. Maintain accurate applicant/candidate records in the company system. Consult with the internal team to gain feedback on Candidate performance and any changes in required qualifications.
Must Haves:
One (1) year of related work experience in a recruiting environment preferred High energy and motivated Strong interpersonal communication skills with customer service orientation Demonstrated understanding of the corporate environment Detail orientation with ability to follow-through demonstrated in previous jobs Ability to prioritize work efficiently and effectively Ability to qualify and "close" candidates
