Partners Personnel is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our Largo team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, people-oriented, and looking to grow in recruiting or staffing . In this role, you will help connect candidates with job opportunities, support the hiring process, and build relationships with both associates and clients.Responsibilities:
Screen and interview candidates for open positions Assist with scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires Help candidates with resumes and job applications Process new hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, background checks, drug screens) Enter job orders and candidate information into the system Communicate with candidates and clients regarding job opportunities Support the team with recruiting efforts and daily operations Provide basic onboarding instructions to new associatesQualifications:
Some customer service, administrative, or recruiting experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us?
