Entry-Level Recruiter (PART TIME

• Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays) ShotVet is a national mobile veterinary service, previously featured in the Inc 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the US.

We are looking for a recruiter to help us continue to grow around the country. Looking for a recent college grad or some experience to use technology and relationships to find outstanding team members in 30 states. Great oppportunity for someone to grow with a growing company, have fun, and make a difference everyday.

Job Duties:

Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews Schedule interviews accordingly Maintain and update applicant tracking systems Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts Support onboarding and new hire documentation Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
