Description We are looking for a Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for specialized roles supporting the aviation, aerospace, and avionics industries. This position will oversee the recruitment lifecycle from talent identification through offer coordination, with a focus on technical, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and administrative openings. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct end-to-end recruitment activities for a range of positions, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through candidate selection and hiring completion.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and operational roles across aviation, aerospace, and avionics functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide market-informed guidance throughout the search process.
• Use creative sourcing methods to identify candidates with relevant experience through databases, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Manage high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining a positive candidate experience and consistent communication at each stage.
• Track applicant activity, interview progress, and hiring outcomes within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Screen candidates to evaluate experience, technical fit, and overall alignment with role requirements before advancing them in the process.
• Coordinate interviews, support offer preparation, and help drive timely hiring decisions to meet business staffing goals. Requirements
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting for corporate or agency environments.
• Background sourcing and hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or other specialized roles.
• Ability to support high-volume recruitment activity without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate engagement practices, and interview coordination.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage workflows and maintain recruiting data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple open requisitions in a deadline-driven setting.
