What You'll Own Attract licensed real estate agents and teams who fit our culture and Core Values

• through warm inbound leads, market data, referrals, and your own relationship-building. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, and connect candidates with the offices and people they'd be joining. Tell the Premiere Plus story using the StoryBrand framework

Run the attraction engine:

campaigns, nurture sequences, our AI concierge, scheduling systems, and TrendGraphix market data. Guide every new associate from signed agreement through a successful launch, in partnership with our Membership Services team. Report growth metrics on the leadership team scorecard and own quarterly growth goals. What Success Looks Like Your pipeline is full and your calendar has real conversations on it
