In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new patients, developing community relationships, and promoting the clinic's services to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or community outreach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective patients, families, and community organizations. This position requires a motivated individual who is goal-oriented, professional, and committed to providing a positive experience for patients from their very first interaction with our organization. Responsibilities Identify and recruit new patients for the clinic's services. Develop and maintain relationships with community centers, hospitals, physicians, and referral sources. Participate in health fairs, community events, and outreach activities. Follow up with prospective patients and referrals. Promote the clinic's services in a professional and ethical manner. Educate patients and families about available programs and services. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and results. Utilize social media and marketing tools to support growth initiatives. Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to ensure a positive patient experience. Achieve patient recruitment and growth goals established by the organization. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient recruitment, customer service, sales, marketing, business development, or related fields. Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid populations preferred. Experience in healthcare settings, clinics, hospitals, adult day care centers, or senior services is highly valued. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Language Requirements Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. Trilingual (English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole) highly preferred. Additional language proficiency is considered a plus.

Updated Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV). Valid government-issued photo identification. Valid employment authorization documents for work in the United States. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. All employment-related documents must be current and in good standing. Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience recruiting patients for Medicare or Medicaid programs. Experience working with Adult Day Care Centers. Experience in healthcare marketing or community outreach. Experience using CRM systems or lead-tracking platforms. Experience organizing community events and health fairs. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO). Two (2) paid sick days per year after completing one year of employment.
