Executive Recruiter

Ascendo Resources is growing! Looking to hire a business development focused Executive Recruiter within the South Florida market. This is the recipe for success and what will be expected of you: Business Development Identify and target potential new clients in the IT sector through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective accounts. Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and present service offerings. Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with new clients. Recruiting Source, screen, and interview IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles. Build and maintain relationships with a network of IT professionals to quickly respond to client needs.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:

job postings, candidate submissions, client interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, technical sales, or staffing agency business development. Strong understanding of IT roles (software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, etc.). Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing new client accounts . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
