Manage the full recruitment cycle:
needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices. Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience. Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline. Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement). Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image. Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency. You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles. You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset. You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills. You are able to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. You have a strong client focus and innovative mindset. You have an excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). You are knowledgeable of market trends and recruitment best practices. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
