Compensation:

$50,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication

Qualifications:

Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales Bachelor's degree required Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services Superb time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal About Company We are a rapidly growing real estate team in Florida, with continued expansion across the state.
