Marketing Full Job Description Job Summary:

Medella Home Health is seeking a motivated and outgoing Patient Recruiter to help grow our agency by building strong relationships within the community and healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating patient referrals, maintaining professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain referral sources for home health services Build relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, clinics, and community partners Promote agency services to potential referral sources and patients Conduct community outreach and marketing activities Follow up on leads and referral opportunities promptly Maintain accurate records of referral activities and communications Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth patient admissions Meet recruitment and census growth goals established by the agency

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, patient recruiting, or home health preferred Strong communication and networking skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and meet goals
